Very tasty vegetarian dishes. Not only excellent wines, but also manufactured beer. A visit is worthwhile - if it is possible again! We felt very comfortable after the "registry office"!

We had a great evening with excellent drinks, top service and very refined and extremely tasty dishes!

The restaurant is actually very tastefully decorated. No cheap decoration, but most of the colors were very nicely matched to each other. The staff worked quickly, cleanly and in a friendly manner. The things I ordered on the menu are nicely prepared and are always brought warm. We were completely pleasantly surprised. We will come back in any case.

Delicious without limitation

We attended the wine base seminar. On the glorious ascent day of Eintracht (happened in parallel), together with Paddy, we duly appreciated one or two wines. Super nice overall package! Always my pleasure.

For me, the best restaurant in Braunschweig! Dignified ambience with a varied menu

The service is always very busy and friendly, the inn is easy to reach! The good transport connections make a meal trip quickly feasible. I haven't been so fascinated by an inn for a long time. What I can really recommend are the desserts. Grandpa, Grandma and I were there for the fourth time and tried a little something new with every visit.

Went there again last week. As always, a great atmosphere. All three courses super delicious and prepared with love. Not the porridge that you get elsewhere. Nice personel. Again any time.

We liked the 3-course menu very well, you can tell that it is not a one-size-fits-all but was cooked with attention to detail. An extra menu was cooked for our vegan on request. The wine was very good and we noticed the calm atmosphere positively. Thanks for a nice Christmas Eve. We will be back.

Yesterday we were the first time in the wine brasserie Moniey Rosé and were very enthusiastic about the food, the dishes are original, the portion size is not too small and with attention to detail prepared, the price level is lifted, but not lifted. There is a wide selection of wines and good advice on the subject of wine. The service is very friendly and goes to the wishes. In addition, I find the seating very comfortable, only a little brighter it could be. We'll definitely be back;).

This shop is an absolute insider tip. We were invited to a professional event there. We had a 3 course menu where the main course was available. There was duck, fish or vegetarian. For starters, there was a chestnut cream soup. That was really a poem. As a main course, there were two things from the duck. It was great and had a really tasty sauce. The crowning glory was a chocolate brownie with tipsy fruit. The staff was very competent and friendly. We were well advised and well looked after the whole evening.

Amazing service and wine list. We loved our waiter and food and wine recommendations. As somebody born in Braunschweig coming back to visit this will be my go to place from now.
